YouTube Channel Data:

• Channel Information: Channel name, channel ID, subscriber count, description, custom URL, and channel creation date
• Video Metadata: Video titles, descriptions, tags, categories, thumbnails, publication dates, privacy status, and video IDs for all videos on your connected channel(s)
• Analytics Data: View counts, watch time, engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares), audience retention statistics, traffic sources, demographic information (age range, gender, geography of viewers), and revenue data if you have monetization enabled
• Video Performance: Click-through rates, average view duration, impression data, and search terms that led viewers to your content
• Channel Performance: Overall channel analytics including subscriber growth, total views, and engagement trends

Google Account Information:

• Basic Profile Data: Your Google account email address and name associated with your YouTube channel
• OAuth Tokens: Secure access tokens and refresh tokens that allow our application to access your YouTube data on your behalf

We do NOT:

• Access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, or other Google services unrelated to YouTube
• Collect your Google password
• Access private messages or comments you send on YouTube
• Monitor your general YouTube viewing activity (only your own channel's analytics)

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with Martocci Mayhem, including features used, pages visited, time spent on platform, and actions taken
• Device Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers

• Comparative Analytics: Show how your videos perform relative to your own channel benchmarks
• Performance Alerts: Notify you of significant changes in your channel metrics

Service Delivery and Support:

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your secure session
• Provide customer support when you contact us regarding your channel data or platform features
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to your YouTube integration

Platform Improvement (Aggregate Only):

• Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve our AI algorithms and platform features
• Test new features and ensure platform performance

We use non-Google information (account data, usage data) to:

5. Data Retention and Deletion

5.1 Retention of Google User Data

Retention Periods:

• Current Channel Data: Retained while your channel remains connected
• Historical Analytics: Up to 2 years of historical data for trend analysis
• OAuth Tokens: Retained until you disconnect your channel or delete your account

5.3 Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time:

Disconnect YouTube Channel:

• Navigate to Settings → Connected Channels
• Click "Disconnect" next to your YouTube channel
• Effect: We immediately revoke OAuth access and delete your YouTube channel data within 30 days

Delete Martocci Mayhem Account:

• Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Effect: We permanently delete your account and all associated Google user data within 30 days

Revoke Access via Google:

• Visit your Google Account Permissions
• Remove Martocci Mayhem from connected apps
• Effect: Existing data is deleted within 30 days

Email Request:

• Contact CustomerCare@MartocciMayhem.com with subject "Data Deletion Request"
• We will process your request within 30 days

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: Request a copy of all personal information we hold about you
